I always look forward to getting The Hip Humanitarian boxes. Each month they have a new theme and pick ethical lifestyle products based on that theme. You can choose between 3 different lifestyles: Minimalist, Free Spirit and Hollywood. Sometimes the items differ only by something like color, but sometimes they're quite different. I used to get the Free Spirit box but recently switched to the Minimalist box instead. So far, I like them both a lot. February's theme is, of course, The Love Box. They made it clear this was a way that you could treat yourself for Valentine's Day. |
These are very interesting. They smell heavenly and are a good size for a little treat. They're packed with age-battling antioxidant filled cacao beans, natural brain boosting chemicals and body-loving minerals. The flavor is delicious and they're made with organic ingredients. The texture is different from most other types of chocolate I've had (my roommate was not pleased) but once you get past the oddness of it - it's really quite enjoyable! I've eaten half of one so far and I will bring the rest to work with me! |
These instantly caught my eye! I can't even list all the healthy ingredients these contain! I can't wait to try them. They're packets of whole-food powder that you can mix into any smoothie, juice, protein shake, water, etc. Each packet contains 2 servings of fruits and veggies, they're gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO, organically grown and wild-harvested and contain nothing artificial. I think I'm going to try out the chocolate cacao one tomorrow morning, mixed into a chocolate breakfast shake! Inside the box was also a coupon code for 15% off an ALOHA order of $30 or more so if I like them, I can stock up! |
First of all - THAT PRICE. What an insane value for this box because of this! Bloom + Grace's unique pieces of jewelry are all fair trade and handmade by local artisans and designers in developing countries around the world. The bracelet itself is really beautiful - I love the black leather cord and gold chain combination - really simple yet still flashy. It's long enough to also be a necklace! |
Head over to www.thehiphumanitarian.com to sign up now! Also, if you go to the website you'll be prompted to sign up for the mailing list and receive 25% off your first box! I'm excited to find out what March's theme will be!
