Lily & Val create a lot of chalkboard art, including cards like this one, larger prints, notebooks, wrapping paper, etc. I really like the idea. Chalkboard art isn't something you can usually keep and making prints of it is a great idea. Check out their other work here! |
I'm assuming there was some variation between subscribers which card they received but I love mine! I love poppies and it looks like she does too! Watercolor art is always beautiful and unique so I'm all for this. There are also 6 small stickers that came with this - also adorable! This card is already hanging up on the fridge :) This even came with a 20% off promo code so maybe I'll have to buy a bigger print to hang up! Check out her other pieces of art here and here! |
This handmade necklace is by a mother/daughter duo in California who want to memorialize their two amazing dogs, Koco and Viking, through each piece they make. I can definitely relate to the mother/daughter duo thing! :) This necklace is made out of clay into the shape of a macaron. I've never had one, but everyone I know who has raves about them. I'll definitely have to try one now! When I saw that these were going to be included in this month's box, I was hoping for the green one, just because that's my favorite color. I'm not crazy about purple, but maybe it'll go with something I would wear. Check out their other works here! They have a lot of beautiful wooden-looking pieces too! |
These little things are so cute! And I've always loved those sugar embellishments on cakes and desserts. Now I can make my desserts fancy! Marion's Vintage Bakery makes beautiful cakes and cupcakes and other decorative materials. Check out their other delicious desserts and supplies here and check out their blog here! |
I've seen a lot of Mercantile519's items around other subscription boxes and I'm glad I finally have one of their pieces! They have a lot of knit accessories like hats and scarves too (particularly the Jayne hate from Firefly!) I love the design of this ring, the color is beautiful and the detail of the band is gorgeous! |

This is simply adorable. I love the creativity of the presentation! I also loved push-ups my whole life so this is a really nostalgic item. ALTHOUGH, it's not for consumption! As delicious as it looks, this is filled with sugar scrub and shea butter soap disks. It smells really good too so I can't wait to give it a try! It's just so cute, I'm gonna be sad when it's gone and just an empty push-up container. All of their products look so yummy and so clever! This item is 4oz. so it's a really great size too! Check out their other delicious LOOKING items here! Just don't eat them! |
This was a bonus gift for signing up for a subscription! Each subscriber got a free gift for subscribing, the longer the subscription, the better the gift! I signed up for the month-to-month subscription (because I couldn't afford that much up-front) so now I'm guaranteed a box each month! I can't get a value on this lip balm though because the owner of the etsy shop is on vacation. |
I'm so glad I signed up for a subscription! I always got really nervous each release day trying to get on the website early enough to secure a box! They always had enough to go around but I definitely like the reassurance each month! I paid $24.50 + $5.00 shipping and received almost $50.00 worth of items! That's probably the best value I've ever seen in an IGB! This month's theme was very fresh and bright! If you'd like to give Indie Gift Box a try, you can either wait until box release days and buy that month's box, or you can sign up for a monthly, 3 month, 6 month or annual subscription! And don't forget the free gift when you subscribe! Head over to www.indiegiftbox.com now! >>--> Kelli <--<< |
